At Lilac Market Headbands, we want you to love your accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn headbands in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
